By the sea

It is 82 degrees right now sept 11fh in Depoe Bay, Oregon. we were living with Tony and Cindy and building our house 13years ago today on 9/11. The one thing we all had to do that day was call each other and hear the voices of our loved ones and know they were safe and secure. We live in such an interesting time in the world. We had a dream day today, a day I could barely imagine 13 years ago but we are having the retirement trip of our life! We spent the day whale watching, strolling in Newport, eating crab and clam chowder and warm marionberry cobbler ala mode and watching the salmon fishing boats come in and the fish being filleted unto steaks on the wharf and buying salt water taffy and now were back snug in our little room at the surfrider resort . I can't use photos on this app on the ipad but had to write something!
